By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) What these Terms cover

  • Any content, downloads, and features we provide

2) Eligibility

4) Calculator results are estimates (important)

Our calculators are designed to help you estimate gross pay, taxes, deductions, and take-home pay. Real payroll results can differ due to factors like:

  • Employer payroll settings and rounding
  • Benefit plan rules (health, 401(k), HSA/FSA)
  • Local taxes and special district taxes
  • Your actual W-4 and state withholding elections
  • Year-to-date wages, supplemental wages, bonuses, and other factors

Do not treat calculator results as official payroll, tax, legal, or financial advice. For exact numbers, check your paystub, payroll provider, or a qualified professional.

5) No professional advice

Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only. We are not providing tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use the information and results.

6) Your responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate inputs (as best you can)
  • Use results as estimates only
  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Not misuse the Site or attempt to break it

7) Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the Site
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data at scale without permission
  • Use bots to overload the Site or bypass rate limits

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dice Systems Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on calculator results. If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the greater of: (a) $100 USD, or (b) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dice Systems Ltd from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive (like disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

15) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
